2007-2009 Catalogs are here! Catalogs are $4.00 with shipping and handling included when shipped separately or with samples (comes with a $2.00 coupon* for your next purchase). You can order a catalog by either mail, fax (206) 525-0779, phone (206)525-0670 or online. When placing an order by mail or fax, please send us the following: Name, Address, Credit Card and Expiration Date.
When placing an order online, your order will show $2.00 for the catalog and ~$10.00 shipping and handling. You will NOT be charged $10.00; you will be charged $2.00 for shipping and handling (within the US) for a total of $4.00. International orders will be charged the appropriate shipping charges. Your catalog order may show ~$10.00 shipping and handling, however you will NOT be charged $10.00. You will be charged $2.00 for shipping and handling (unless you are from an international address; International Samples/Catalog requests will have airmail shipping charges applied). When we receive your order, you will be charged $4.00 total for a catalog. We are working to correct this and apologize for the inconvenience. Catalog orders are shipped out USPS. If you need a catalog shipped Priority Mail, Next Day, 2nd Day, or Third Day UPS, regular shipping charges will be applied. Thank you. *This coupon is only redeemable with RETAIL orders over $15.00.
