Model 4420 RB double needle is a compound needle feed, walking foot, lockstitch sewing machine that sews an equidistant stitch length on all types of fabrics including canvas, nylon, vinyl, leather and coated fabrics. This machine has a long needle bar stroke and uses size "U" extra large bobbins with an extra large rotating hook. It also has an automatic lubrication system to provide a constant flow of oil to all moving parts. Distance between needles is 1/4" or 3/8"; other widths are available on a special order basis. The Artisan model 200-B is a 20 Ton Hydraulic Die Cutting Machine used to cut small parts out of Leather, Vinyl, Rubber, Paper, Plastic, Wood Paneling, Canvas, Light Metals and many additional types of materials. 200-B Clicker has a cutting bed size of 900 mm by 450 mm (approximately 35" by 18"). The swing-arm is designed to pivot over the cutting bed that is 350 mm by 450 mm (approximately 14" by 18"). The clicker is powered by a 1 horsepower 220 volt, single phase electric motor and develops 20 tons of pressure over the cutting dies. Some features include safety starting switches, adjustable stroke length, and an adjustable delay setting for the cutting head. Machine is shipped without oil. Before operating the machine, you must add 12.5 gallons of hydraulic oil. Oil must be obtained locally.
