This super soft 12.7 oz / sq. yard. Polyester has a DWR face with a Weather Guard Membrane and Micro Fleece backing. This is a new addition to our Soft Shell technical outerwear. Going beyond traditional 2-layer systems, which feature fleece insulation and a waterproof/breathable shell, to a single layer that protects against all but the worst weather conditions and delivers extended breathability, abrasion resistance and stretch to enhance your outdoor experience. The durable water repellent (DWR) face will shed rain and snow and the mechanical stretch gives freedom of movement. Garments made from weather guard Soft Shell outerwear fabric are designed to replace traditional fleece and shell systems for most outdoor clothing applications, reducing the weight and number of layers needed to insulate and protect. Weather guard Soft Shell fabric is ideal for skiing, snowboarding, winter climbing, cycling and back-country trekking. They are used in jackets, pants, bibs, hats, and gloves.

REMNANTS, 30% OFF: Remnants are leftover material that typically come from the ends of a roll, contain flaws of varying degrees, etc. These remnants are sold by the yard, and may come in multiple pieces and colors totaling up to the yardage entered in the quantity field. Ordering remnants by the yard provide a low-stakes option to practice sewing, perform tests on the fabric, and more! Remnants are sold AS-IS.

EXAMPLE: 2 yards of remnants can come out to a 0.75, 0.25, and 1 yard piece of various colors and conditions. It may also be one two yard piece.
