Shipping Time:
All orders will be processed in the order they are received with the exception of Rush, UPS Next, 2nd and 3rd day and USPS Express orders. Orders cannot be shipped on weekends or holidays. If you need your package sooner, options are available. At checkout, you can either apply a Rush Handling Fee or ship via UPS Next day, 2nd day or 3rd day. UPS Next, 2nd and 3rd day orders, if placed before 2:00pm PST or Rush orders placed before 10 A.M., PST, can usually ship the same day. Rush orders placed after 10 A.M., PST and UPS orders (requested to ship Next, 2nd or 3rd day) placed after 2:00pm PST will be shipped the following business day. USPS Express packages are usually processed the same day as ordered, but may be picked up the following day, depending on the schedule of the USPS mail carrier and when the order was received. USPS Priority Mail is considered a standard shipping method and is subject to the mail carrier pick up schedule which is usually in the A.M. USPS Priority Mail orders processed after the mail is picked up, will be picked up the following day.

Payment:
We accept PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Amex and Discover for payment. We do not ship any C.O.D. orders.

Shipping Charges:
All shipping charges are extra and regular shipping charges apply to back orders. Please note, shipping charges calculated during the checkout process are estimated shipping charges only. We have worked very hard, carefully weighing each of our products to offer accurate shipping estimates but several factors can alter the shipping costs. New surcharges imposed by UPS have increased the cost of packages that are over 48” by $12.50. All packages are also possibly subject to additional shipping charges if the package is bulky but not necessarily heavy, therefore calculated by dimensional weight. In these cases, we have to increase the shipping, and the charges will be adjusted as necessary when your package is shipped. If you prefer your fabric to be rolled, instead of folded, and it is 48" or wider, please note that shipping costs may be higher than quoted. Please choose if you would like you fabric rolled or folded. If a quantity is more than 15 yards, fabrics may be rolled even if the fold option was checked. Some fabrics may be damaged by folding, if you select the fold option on these fabrics, shipping department will use their discretion. Shipping charges for heavy, bulky or multiple packages may be higher. If you request us to roll fabric and you have ordered other items, they may be shipped in a separate box which can add to the estimated shipping charges.

Processing & Handling:
We charge $4.00 processing plus UPS or USPS shipping costs on all product orders.

Samples:
Sample orders are shipped via the chosen method and charged accordingly, but orders that have Samples only, are NOT subject to any processing fees. For orders that have both product and samples, processing is included.

Restrictions:
UPS and USPS have regulations regarding shipping liquids. We cannot ship liquids over 2 oz. via US Priority Mail, UPS Next day, 2nd day or 3rd day. The ONLY method we can use for liquids is UPS ground. This means we are unable to supply Alaska, Hawaii or international locations with any liquid product.

The buyer is responsible for shipping items First Class Mail:
If you choose a shipping method that does not include insurance and your item is lost in the postal system, we will not refund the purchase price or reship any orders lost at no cost. We do not offer any guarantee that you will receive your item.

Seattle Fabrics, Inc. does not provide insurance on First Class Mail, neither does USPS. If you choose a shipping method that does include insurance and your item is lost in the postal system, please take your tracking number and printed receipt to your local post office and file a claim. We do not file claims on your behalf (there are special situations where Seattle Fabrics will need to contact the courier. Please let us know if you need assistance).

International orders may incur additional fees depending on your customs office. These fees are your responsibility to pay. Should you reject your package because you do not wish to pay these fees, you will not be refunded if the package is returned to us and you change your mind and wish to have us send the package again, you will need to pay the additional shipping fee to do so.
