Polartec Power Shield fabrics are the next generation of technical outwear - the soft shell.  This clothing concept goes beyond traditional 2-layer systems, which feature fleece insulation and a highly water-resistant /breathable shell, to a single layer that protects against all but the worst weather conditions and delivers extended breathability, abrasion resistance and stretch to enhance your outdoor experience while blocking 98% of the wind. Polartec Power Shield outdoor water resistant fabrics feature a smooth, tightly woven nylon face for abrasion resistance equal or superior to the best shells, but without the stiffness and noise. A polyester velour back that traps air and provides a high warmth-to-weight ratio. All Polartec Power Shield fabrics are finished with a durable water repellent (DWR) to shed rain and snow. All version feature spandex or mechanical stretch for freedom of movement. Garments made from Polartec Power Shield fabrics are designed to replace traditional fleece and shell systems for most outdoor clothing applications, reducing the weight and number of layers needed to insulate and protect. 400x300 Denier Diamond Ripstop

This 400 x 300 Denier Nylon/Polyester Mini Diamond Ripstop has a tight weave and offers superior strength while still being very light weight. Perfect for projects that need durability and good looks without being too heavy.  The diamond ripstop weave gives this fabric a unique iridescent look along with a DWR finish and urethane coating that makes it nice and waterproof. 200 Denier Coated Oxford

4 oz. per sq yd.  200 Denier. A medium weight outdoor water resistant nylon fabric with a urethane coating. This fabric has a nice smooth face and because it is urethane coated, it is waterproof.  

In order to make room for the new Heavy Coated Flame Retardant Oxford, these fabrics are on sale to clear!

Soft Shell

This super soft 12.7 oz. Polyester has a DWR face with a Weather Guard Membrane and Micro Fleece backing. This is a new addition to our Soft Shell technical outerwear.  Going beyond traditional 2-layer systems, which feature fleece insulation and a waterproof/breathable shell, to a single layer that protects against all but the worst weather conditions and delivers extended breathability, abrasion resistance and stretch to enhance your outdoor experience. Spacer Mesh

This 3 D - 100% polyester mesh is rated for automotive seat covers, speaker covers, industrial applications as well as back pack strap and waist strap lining.  It carries a high UV rating, meets a CAL 117 Sect E MVSS302 flammability rating and has an abrasion rating of 300,000 Double  Rubs.

C.S. Osborne Marking Chalk

This chalk is clay based and thus it is much easier to erase. Also works on glass and vinyl that other chalks do not. Due to the shape of this chalk a sharp marking edge is maintained.

C.S. Osborne Grommet Kits

This kit has everything needed to set grommets, complete with easy to follow instructions. Although this kit is not intended for commercial use, with a name like C.S. Osborne you know it is a quality product that with reasonable care should last an indefinite period. Kit includes grommet die, punch, cutting board and grommets. Sizes zero-zero through one include 48 grommets. Sizes two through four include 24 grommets. Available in brass, nickel plated brass finish or black anodized brass finish.

When setting grommets, use a hard surface under the grommet anvil. Our Mini Anvil works great for this application! To enhance the life expectancy of your grommet setter use a rawhide hammer or wooden mallet, not a steel hammer.

When using the hole punch that comes with this grommet kit, we highly recommend using the Self Healing Cutting Pad. Otherwise it is recommended to use corrugated cardboard on top of of the wooden block provided with kit. This will increase the life expectancy of the hole punch.

Camo Fleece Super Waterproof/Breathable-Tex (2-Ply)

This soft, quiet camouflage fleece is waterproof, breathable and windproof.  The warmth, comfort and quite/stealthy qualities of fleece matched with waterproof properties of a microporus lamination make this a superior material. The two-ply fabric has a soft fleece face and a microporous Teflon membrane backing.  It is recommended that 2-ply be lined, to protect the membrane. Perfect for hunting gear.

Comprised of 100% specially treated polyester micro-fibers (1 denier or less). Has the highest col value per weight of all PrimaLoft insulations at 0.084. It has softest hand and is the most compressible of all PrimaLoft insulations and abosorbs 3 times less water, and is 24% warmer than the closest competitive insulation. Available in two weights: 3 oz and 5 oz.

Has increased durability and loft due to blend of both micro and fine fibers, along with a little more binder. Col value by wieght is 0.074. Polartec 200 Blanket Width Fleece - 68" wide

This Malden Mills Blanket Width Fleece is designed to be the middle or outer layer. This is the most popular weight due to the warmth it provides while adding minimal bulk and weight. This non-bulky insulation is good for all seasons.
